Described as “one of the finest poets writing in India today” (The Hindu), Arundhathi Subramaniam is the author of thirteen books of poetry and prose. Winner of the Sahitya Akademi Award in 2020 and shortlisted for the T.S. Eliot Prize in 2015, she published her most recent volume Love Without a Story (Bloodaxe Books) in 2020.

Adriana Scopino is a poet and translator living in New York City. Her poetry collection Let Me Be Like Glass was published by Exot Books. She is the translator of My Mother Resurrected (Calypso Editions, 2017), a selection of poems by contemporary Argentinean writer Fabián Casas. Scopino received an MFA in Poetry and Poetry in Translation from Drew University. Her translation work has appeared in Modern Poetry in Translation, Great River Review, and Plume Poetry. Currently she is translating the work of Spanish poet Concha Lagos (Concepción Gutiérrez Torrero, born in 1907).
