Jee is a Singaporean author, editor, and publisher based in New York City. His book of poems Steep Tea (Carcanet) was named a Best Book of the Year by UK’s Financial Times. His Snow at 5 PM won the Singapore Literature Prize in English fiction.
Managing Editor (Gaudy Boy)
Kim is a freelance book editor as well as the managing editor of Gaudy Boy, an NYC-based indie press that publishes Asian voices. She also runs the online literary magazine www.ofzoos.com.
Editor (Gaudy Boy)
Yu-Mei is the author of Names Have Been Changed, which will be published in 2026 by Tiny Reparations Books. Her short fiction has received a Pushcart Prize Special Mention and won the Mississippi Review Fiction Prize. Originally from Singapore, she lives in Boston.
Assistant Editor (Gaudy Boy)
Laetitia is a writer and editor from Singapore. Her poetry has been placed for the Adrienne Rich Award for Poetry, the Oxford Poetry Prize, and is published or forthcoming in Narrative, Poetry Northwest, Split Lip, and elsewhere. Publicity and Marketing Director (Gaudy Boy)
Ally is a Singaporean writer now based in Boston. She works in the communications field and has a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Emerson College. An avid solo traveler and reader, Ally finds inspiration from her travels, Richard Siken's words, the lyrics of Brian Fallon, and zombie video games.
Social Media Manager (Gaudy Boy)
Zahra is an Indonesian, passionate about the intersections of gender, human rights, and digital technology, and experienced in managing social media for collectives, including handling account suspensions and digital attacks in Southeast Asia.
Marketing Associate (Gaudy Boy)
Lixin works in Marcomms at a tech company. She co-founded and held the position of Design Director at PLAYSET! literary magazine during her university years at the National University of Singapore, from which she graduated with a Psychology degree with honors.
Editorial Assistant (Gaudy Boy)
Sophie graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a double major in English Literature and Communication Studies with Honours. Her film reviews and poetry have been published in Sky Island Journal, Scapegoat Review, and elsewhere. She loves animals and has four pets.

Christian Yeo Xuan is a writer based in Singapore by way of Paris and Beirut. His chapbook, So Rain, won the 2025 Sundress Chapbook Contest.
