We are so very excited to launch the Boston chapter of our beloved Second Saturdays Reading Series! The inaugural reading will feature Sandra Lim, author of poetry collection The Curious Thing (W.W. Norton, 2021). Truthful, sensuous, and intellectually relentless, the poems in this volume are compelling meditations on love, art making, solitude, female fate, and both the mundane and serious principles of life.
Singapore Unbound’s Second Saturdays Reading Series is famous for its literary and potluck offerings in private homes across New York City - and it’s entirely free! We hope to extend this cozy reading series to other cities in future.
Our gathering will begin with a potluck, followed by a short open mic and then the featured author.
